Association Meetings

Association meetings are run by the QCHA Board of Directors and are usually held on the first Monday of each month at 6:00 P.M. in the QCSC Conference Room.  All parents of QCHA youth players are members of the QCHA and are welcome and encouraged to attend our meetings.  An agenda is posted one week in advance on our website under "Association Meetings" and on the QCHA bulleting board located in the Sports Center.  Meeting minutes can also be found in the same locations.   For dates of upcoming meetings, check under "Association Meetings" tab for "Meeting Dates".

Monthly newsletters are broadcast to all members , and are posted on our website under "Newsletters" and on the QCHA bulletin board .
