QCHA Mandatory Neck Guard Policy Effective Nov 1st, 20082008-10-19
At the October 6th 2008 QCHA membership meeting, the board of directors' approved a motion unanimously requiring all QCHA players to wear a neck guard for both practices and games.
An unanimous vote at the October 6th, 2008 membership by the QCHA board of directors, has made it mandatory for all QCHA hockey players to wear neck guards for all practices and games. Beginning November 1st, 2008 all QCHA house and travel hockey players will be required to wear a neck guard.
